Hello to everyone on the forum, thanks for your invaluable information regarding G wagens which has helped me pick the right one for the right money.

It needs a few things doing but Im sure i'll know where to find some help.

The car is a 1984 230 GE in wine red, the interior is like a baby sick beige, so that is going.

It is not my daily driver but rather a workhorse for the weekends as I am currently landscaping the rear garden but also wish to use it for camping/off-roading etc.

So again thanks for everyones previous posts, most helpful

Hey Carl,
Welcome on board - this really is a great little place, i would not of bought my G without knowing there was somewhere that could help me with all my questions (seeing as i don't really know a thing about cars!)

Hope you'll be around for a while and join up it helps (you also get quite a cool little mag aswell - anyone reading this know if you can get back issues???)

Yes, you will shortly be able to buy a CD-rom contaning all the past issues of the G-Wizz for a nominal amount.
