currently running a ss front winch bumper with milemarker. Just cutting roof of mine and looking for a new winch bumper. Can you post a side view of front bumper so I can see how far it protrudes.

Can you make to my spec if need ???

I use mine in very tough challenges. I use synthestic rope with ally hawse. I would want the tubes to be straight and not batwing with the ends of tube capped and lashing eyes either side so I can snatch of either side. Can you not use the pattern from the base plate you have already made then fix tubes ends as tight to body work as possible.

yes but id need to put some heavy gusset plates on to it. ill get a new side fhoto as it now has the alloy fairlead fitted. the bumper is modular there are 2 chassis plates shaped to the chassis lines and 2 lower gusseted supports that attach to the lower skidplate mount so the skid plate needs 2 notches cut in to allow the gusset through at the top. the winch mounting plate then bolts between the chassis plates and the wings are welded in place so the wings could be adapted but to follow the body lines they would have to be swept back a bit.
to get the full stength into the wings a stinger would be required just to make sure, though i would imagine 3mm 3.5" tube is rather hard to bend

Are they open on both ends? Or what do you do to prevent water building up in the tubes with a downward slant like that?

the plate is drilled at the other end. future ones will be welded.
