Hi guys...posting this for David over in Newtownards, Co.Down

Sold via Watersides/Pistonheads and I can vouch for its quite extraordinary condition!!

http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/1292048.htm

One question tho' ...is the Aircon unit OEM? I'm inclined to think yes, as there is a mercedes fitted dashboard switch and additional cowling to the interior centre consul...any thoughts?

Either way, welcome to the Forum David and health to enjoy your exceptional G! :D . Hope to see you at one of our upcoming meets soon.

M/Benz UK, in the early years did fit after market a/conditioning to G-Wagens to improove the optional extras and saleability of the vehicle, hence you see a M/Benz compressor and the centre cowling was an a famous Italian a/con supplier, I can not remember the name of at this point, latter they moved to another famous a/con supplier.

Cheers,
