I Bought 2 G's in less than a month

I am honored to join you in this great forum. Here is my story.

I have been a long time admirer of the G wagen. Right now I am studying here in the UK but I live originally in Oman. So, I was browsin the internets and found me this ammazing W460 1985 and called my brother in Oman and asked to go and buy it. It was in a solid all original condition. My plan was to transform it to the newer w463 look at least from the outside.

Then after about 3 weeks, my neighbour who had a 1993 W463 300GE, decided to sell it. Since the W463 makes my transformation journey shorter and easier I jupmed on the opportunity, and he agreed to trade+ some cash.

The twist in the story is

Yes that's a Toyota engine in the G. I know some of you here will vomit. heheheh. But that's how things are now.

For a botched conversion job, the thing works really well, except for the disconnected diff locks and the spaghitty wiring.
My plan is to put a Mercedes engine back in. and a whole new paint job.
I am not sure which engine to put in yet. I am thinking of the M117 out a W126 but I need to make sure it will fit smoothly.
