can't access members area after about 2 weeks :(

I received all the package from GWOA in the post did what it said and emailed them with the details but still havent been activated :(
Can anyone help please?

You now have access to the members Forum.
Had you advised me as requested in your welcome pack your Forum user name access would have been given immediately.
When you submitted your application for membership you used a different surname to your forum user name and you used a different email address to your Forum email address it was impossible to relate the two.
It is not Maxwell Smart's fault it is my responsibility as membership secretary to control access to the members area.
I apologise for the delay in you gaining access to the members area.
