Looks great! Are they the same side steps as here? Were they hard to install?
Also where did you pick the chrome gills for the indicator lights?
Are your side arches color coded ie painted or just glossed up?

Just an update on these sidesteps, I spoke to the vendor and he says they SUPPLIED MB with side steps/running boards back in 1984-89 or thereabouts, then MB went to another supplier.
Against a dealer price of ~700 per piece, this looks like a bargain, if not in keeping with the latest "style".
Also where did you pick the chrome gills for the indicator lights?
Are your side arches color coded ie painted or just glossed up?

The G-Wagen sidesteps that I have installed are OEM from Mercedes-Benz.
The sidesteps that you showed in the photo are not OEM from MB.
My side arches are painted as well.
I bought the chrome light indicators from Guido from Ebay.
* Guido a Geländewagen technician in Germany that can ascertain parts and ship them overseas.
