G500 Gear Ratios

I have a 2002 G500 with 24 inch wheels. My speedometer is off by about 10mph. Do I have to have the gear ratios in the front and rear axle changed to correct this? If I don't change it, am I at risk of doing long term damage? Any help is greatly appreciated.

ouch that sounds like a rough ride.

you will need to adjust the command for the correct size wheels. though not sure if it will give you 24" as an option. you may need to take it into a stealer.
