My G is now taxed and tested, just needs a few niggling things finishing off:
Wire up EGT gauge
Bit more paint on rollcage and front bumper
Refit winch rope and hawse
Get the rev-counter to work
Replace electronic oilpressure gauge with a mechanical one

THEN: Playtime!!

Yep, that looks the business. It came together real well. Hope you have many hours of fun with it.
I like the location shot, bet not many up there have a problem with dandruff.
Any issues with the MOT with such extensive modifications and changes from standard?

Regards,

Mike

Thanks for the comments,

No problems whatsoever with the MOT, he did notice that the front tyres rub on the radius arms on full lock but said: what do you expect with tyres that size!
I have informed my insurance company of all the mods, with photographic evidence as well. Best to be sure.

Huss: the bumpers look heavy but are in fact very light. You are right about the weight though, that is why she went on a crash diet!
Havng said that, the 617A pulls her along quite nicely..

regards

Richard
