Scott Brady from Overland Journal asked if I would post this online.

Overland Journal is a new publication specialising in... overland journeys.

One of the regular contributors in Tom Sheppard famous for his bible the Vehicle-Dependent Expedition Guide and his involvement with Land Rover. He has various Land Rover publications to his credit such as the Land Rover Experience which have become a must read for all owners.

You can see the fall cover at Overland Journal and yes that tiny spec in the distance is a G.

And more importantly here is a pic of Tom (not from the book) and his Land Rover.... :D - expect to see more of it in the Journal.

I think that I really need to quit drinking so much Rioja for breakfast... I swear I saw a white Land Rover in that picture!

By the way, you can find a couple of magazine articles about Tom Sheppard's african journeys in the March 2003 issue of Car and in the August 2003 issue of Mercedes Enthusiast, both well worth reading....
