Hi All

I am back in South Africa, our healthy baby boy has been born and we are VERY happy to be back.

Crisis over here again. A friend of mine’s competition car has blown it’s diff lock switches. He has a big competition on next Saturday and asked whether it could bee flown in. I am willing to sponsor him and pay for the whole operation. Could you maybe stick a set of 460 wiper spindles, 1 ¾ inch, in with the package if it is possible to send it please. Its for a 2001 g500 chassis nr 4632412x123045 and the part number MA 463 545 0332
Come one people please help us out; we can’t allow the cruisers to take the lead.
Greetings from South Africa
Christo

Congratulations on the baby.

You might be better trying to contact a dealer in Germany.

Very few people keep stock in the UK and it will need to be flown first from Germany to MB UK then to the dealer and then to whoever helps you before shipping it on to SA.

Try contacting the Hamburg G Centre or the Munich G Centre and you will probably save a lot of time and even a bit of money.

Try either Frank on the first link or Oliver on the second link.

Thanks Max, I'll try them straight away, hope the understand English, Afrikaans or Xhosa, because I don't even know what hello is in German.

All is wonderful her Hussein, The ship carrying my wife's beloved 230 docked today and hopefully I will get the car by Wednesday.

I had to go over to the other side, but couldn't get myself to buy a LR. Only the G55 is available here at £230, 000.00 it is out of my range. I bought the new Cruiser that just came out. I must admit I am looking forward to a play in a G again.

I picked this up on there: The story is told that while boarding the ship back to England after the Boer war one of the British soldiers said to a boer soldier: England will cause s@#$%t in this part of the world - FOR EVER !!!

Sixty years later they offloaded the first Landrover !!!!!!!!!!!
