suspension bushes....
is there a poly bush kit for the 460 swb? ive seen them everywhere for lr's etc but nowt for the g? anybody know any upgrade over the standard rubber mounts and bushes

No, there isn't. We in the GWOA considered commissioning Polybush to produce a kit of bushes for the 460 a few years back. The reasoning behind was that, given the age most older Gs were reaching, there would surely be demand for them.
Unfortunately, the OEM bushes are so good that most users do need replacing one or two bushes after many years of service. So we decided to stop pursuing the matter.
mortinson, if i supply chasis number could you let me have the relevant part no.s for the bushes so i can order them she 24 years old so i guess they may be tired!?
I would not replace bushes just for the sake of it. MB parts, as you know, are not particularly cheap. I would check which ones need replacing and replace them in pairs. And in principle, I don't mind looking up the parts but I would suggest that you try your dealer first. He is being paid a lot of cash just for doing that and he deserves to earn it. If you encounter any trouble following this route, let me know and i would look it up for you.
