Hi All,
Someone should have told him that it is always safer to have inner tubes fitted to wheels when running tyres at low pressures in sand. They don't pop off so easily.
Its fine for the Dakar runners et al with their tyre mousse and on board inflation systems, no consideration for us mere mortals though.

Nice pic though, but even nicer G's.

id hate to fit a mousse to a car, saying that machines would a help! ive had countless black eyes from tyre irons!

Thats why I get paid so much.

Tyre mousse is fitted by purpose made machine for the job and only lasts about 100 stage miles. Great stuff though. Must get some for the wife's chieftain tank.
