for my dads car, i thought i was only going to get the one mirror that i specified. ive recieved the items today and got both, and messaged the seller in my surprise! he has since messaged back saying there was a mistake and he only meant to send one. does the advery specify one or both mirrors, therefore meaning i was supposed to get both. i know its a silly error to make on my part, but i just would like a clear translation of the ad before i send one of them back.

p.s what ever the result, im still quids in as the 120 paid is much less than the 600-700 each from merc dealers over here!
Looks like he is advertising both to me, Left and Right, A Pair, if it was an English seller he would be chancing it to just send 1 after advertising them together, I wouldn't let him off just cos hes German. Cheers Alex
Hi Tom, I don't think he would have just sent one after that advert but when you mailed him he must have been blinded by Euro signs and tried his luck! Only human i suppose but still trustworthy for the future.

Also huge respect to Tom for his honesty in the first place......I reckon most people would have just accepted the two and said nothing to the seller.....well done fella.
Tom, Babelfish or not, there is no doubt in my mind that he is advertising and selling two mirrors, not one.
(I worked in Germany as a Trainee Wirtschaftsprüfer or Chartered Accountant and though it was ages ago, I still can understand a we bit of German)
