Any members in wales, wanting something to do this afternoon i have a good idea!

the TOUGH ONE enduro is being run at NANTMAWR Quarry near Oswestry and its always great to watch

if anyone does go, please can you shout support for the rider ASHLEY WOODS he is going to be riding number 16 and is my best mate from back here. Sadly i cant go this year due to exams, but as i said, its a good spectacle to see, especially witht he second halp running into the dark.

just spoke to my friend, found out why i couldnt get hold of him turns out he was practising the other day, came off knocked himself out and damaged his shoulder so he couldnt race and hes lost a lot of his memory (he pulled out of his drive yesterday then looked in the back of the van realising hed left everything beside where he was parked still!)

hopefully he will be fit for 3 weeks where its off to italy for the 'Hells Gate'
