When indicating right,right, it works,right? and when I indicate left right, it goes rapid and erratic like its having an eppy,right? weathers been pretty wet and mines a 24volt,watt thingy that military G`s are.....any advice?

When you indicate right are your indicators working front and rear ?
if the rear isnt working the bulb has gone or its loose in the holder or a bad earth .

Hi, and thanks for the info, I think I should clarify just to ensure no misunderstanding;

indicating right results in correct timing of the indicator, all is well, no problem front or rear.

Indicating left, results in erratic and rapid flashing of the indicator, but both front and rear are ok, they work, just not normally, I looked at the front bulb, looked cloudy, but when I checked the filament, its there and is fine,not broken.

Or you may have the wrong voltage or wattage bulb in there!

Well, fingers crossed it cannot be the "wrong " voltage as a 12V will pop, and it is unlikly ? to be a higher voltage, now wattage :?:
Try cleaning all contacts etc, etc, and check EARTHING.

I should add that I have knackered the starter electrics , or starter, in my own car but have not been arsed to fix it this week, too cold & wet , just borrowed the wifes "G" :)

well, turns out the plastic casing holding the metal plate to the back of the bulb was cracked, and finally fell off as I touched it to see how bad it was.

super glue and a well sized and positioned piece of wood were the perfect solution, will be driving around tommorow to see if it holds :D

So, thanks for assist.
