What is the best way to get bull or cow, or for that matter any cattle s*#t of my cars? The cattle around here make a special effot not to miss the road. I don't know what they are eating, but it stick like..uh.. S*#t.

Normal jetwash doesn't get it off, and I don't like the idea of scrubbing my car this much.

Regards

Are you using an additive in the jet wash? Road grime remover, go to somewhere like Wynstay Farmers or other agricultural merchants they sell it by the 5litre container for around a fiver.

Only problem is this is the stuff hand washer places use in their jet washers and it’s really aggressive.
I’d just go for something like turtle wax liquid, warm water and a sponge (especially on the red one!)

Bingo Russ,
I have proposed that argument many times ( I dont wash my cars, well not except once every 15 or 18 months for MoT nor do I pay anyone else to ) and the paintwork is fine ( the dirt seems to protect it ! )
AND yes, those guys with their little garden sprayers filled with the most powerful chemical they can get ( or risk using ) can be doing ones paintwork no good. I have a 20 l jar of traffic film remover or some such name -- its caustic something or other per the label and I use it very sparingly.
Cheers,
Marcus
PS
Over here, at least locally, they do not put the chemical through the pressure washer (now I wonder why ? ) but instead apply it with effectively disposable garden sprayers

i dont think the polejacks put anything in their sprayer, one jus wipes down with car shampoo and a sponge.

as for the not using soap, friend of ours is a funeral director and he washes the limos with just water and nothing else, but thats only light dirt really.
