Scotland Trip
This is a real longshot and probably a bit of a cheek BUT!!
'Fredeccose' came to visit me in France bless him and we done a deal on his Citroen HY van its the ones that look like a pig nose at the front you see police in old french movies with them infact the french call them "couchon nez" :?
Without waffling and getting to the point.... does anyone have a big trailer and G wagen for hire to bring it to France for me??? Its not drivable as it is in need of serious welding on the chassis.
I will pay, and you can even have a self contained holiday at my home thrown in. What do you say? (apart from swear words)

I am very sorry, my wife has just reminded me that our visa's would have run out by then. We are still on SA pasports, waiting for citizenship to come through. Sorry Nicholas, I would have done it at cost, but unfortunately it is not going to work.

Hi Nik,
Just found that post, think you went a bit too fast...anyway,if you are still wanting the van,it is ready for collection as i have found a replacement...pictures attached...
I do think your best is that I put the van on the boat in Edinburgh (Rosyth)and that you collect it in Zeebruga....with a trailer...that is saving you the drive throught England... Let me know... Remember that is only if you are going to give it a new life again ....Maybe I will drive to pick mine up in the Savoie area... or will get a transporter to bring it to Scotland.
