FOR THE 20TH MALGRE TOUT RAID,YOU WILL BE TRAVELLING THROUGH LA PICARDIE, ARDENNES, MEUSE AND LA THIERARCHE, ALL IN THE NORTH EASTERN REGIONS OF FRANCE AND BELGIUM.
YOU WILL BE STAYING NEAR SIGNY LE PETIT AT THE 3 STAR CAMP SITE OF PRE HUGON. THIS SITE IS IN THE MIDLE OF THE ARDENNES REGION NEXT TO A LAKE. FAMILY AND KIDS CAN ENJOY PLAYING TENNIS OR SWIMMING, OR TAKING THE SUN. YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CAMP OR TO HIRE A BUNGALOW FOR UP TO SIX PEOPLE.
ANY SUV CAN TAKE PART IN THE MALGRE TOUT. THERE WILL BE TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROAD - SOFT OR HARD.(PLEASE NOTE - THAT EVEN ON THE SOFT ROAD, IF YOUR CAR IS SHINY, DO TAKE THE PRECAUTION OF PROTECTING THE PAINTWORK ).
ARRIVAL IS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY 24TH MAY FROM 2.OOPM TILL 9.00 PM AT THE CAMP SITE. YOU WILL THEN GET STICKERS, MAP OF THE CAMPSITE, ROAD BOOK AND YOUR CAR WILL THEN GO TO BE CHECKED.
THURSDAY 25 MAY. ROAD BOOK AROUND PICARDIE WITH A STOP AT THE 5 PILIERS.
FRIDAY 26 MAY. ROAD BOOK ARDENNES ET MEUSE, STOP AT THE RACE TRACK OF INOR.
SATURDAY 27 MAY.ROAD BOOK AROUND THE AVENOIS, LA THIERACHE FOLLOWED BY GALA NIGHT AND DISCO.

We have been on this 3 times now, its for shineys as well as rustys, its well worth the trip for anyone wanting a go.
One thing to remember, you will need to leave a cheque or cash deposit for £250. This is returned to you when you return the last days road book. This is so you don not use there road books for your own use later on, also to make sure you dont tear a round ripping up the country side on purpose, there are spies on route. You travel across some lovely country side and to say its the most relaxed off roading would be an understatement. Well worth it for the money as it includes all meals as well as packed lunch. Amd if memory serves me well this campsite is so peaceful.

Can't do anything for June (i could invite you round for dinner!) but don't forget the WAR AND PEACE SHOW ON THE 19 - 23 JULY.
Always a few G's around - more every year I think a a good time to be had by all!! Come and find us in the America's Field - usually a BBQ going most evenings.

See you there, we have just booked for the week, then onto the CLA Gamefair the following weekend, Senior Managment refused to stay another week to take in the AGM the following weekend after a week at the Steam Rally. Dammn!
