Nice Pinz,
6x6 with lockers thats the way for forward .
I had a 6X6 Volvo TGB13 for off road last year, un-stoppable but a bit big for Welsh lanes .

That is strong stuff from some one living where you do now, among such strange people that for instance, when they have a headache stuff an asprin up their bottom, and take great pride in being the producers of the 2cv, the Citroen GS and the excocete.

As a matter of interest, was the Volvo a "Volvo" or a Dosco?

Re: HOT off the press

we take the piss out of volvos but one of my mates from school just bought a new XC90, now i know its usually a chelsea tractor but the thing performed well off road in standard tyres and wheels i think the only thing that stopped it was the low profiles.

and there new volkswagen golf competitor is actually stylish.

"the thing performed well off road in standard tyres and wheels i think the only thing that stopped it was the low profiles."

Traction control, excellent substitute for brain cells, witness the "what type of surface would you like to drive on" knob in the Disco 3 et al. I am of course referring to the knob on the transmission tunnel not in the driver’s seat.
