Hi Guys

I have MOTed my G today and while it was in I was looking at the fan to top hose gap, it is only about 1/4inch but the fan looks as though it should be further back in the cowling. Does anyone know if the fan should be spaced out?

It looks fine - what engine is it? I am guessing 230GE, maybe a M115 engine code.

Just goes to show what I know - hey indecision  Anyway, having spoken to a club member who runs a 300GD, he tells me that the fan protrudes the cowling by 3 - 4 cm (I think). I have a supporting photo to proove.
