Rear window glass - heated option?

Replacing the rear window in my 460, the likes of Autoglass can only find the super-expensive privacy glass optioned version from the modern 463 which is around £700+VAT.

The EPC shows the MB part A4607450410 for my truck, but this doesn't seem to have the heater element - I can't see one that does though.

Any suggesions?

Will a newer model window fit?, my 463 has heated rear glass! there is a massive switch on the dash for it!

 Have your dealer check this number out for you.

A 460 678 07 10.

Hi Ben

Your truck had the heated rear window as a factory fit option

Part number is A460 745 20 10 in 12v version

£147 + VAT MB Germany have stock

Can get you 15% off that if you need

The number you came up with is the standard German market un heated option.

Most UK and infact most trucks supplied for civilian use had the option fitted
