W460 for tall people
I'm getting tired or all the leaks and rattles of my series Landrover and thinking about buying an 80's G instead, however I'm really tall, 6'8". Having never sat in one can anyone confirm what the leg and headroom is like please. Thanks,
I'm also a tall John! But only 6' 2"
Headroom is ample. Shoulder and arms - ample.
Leg room - about the same as any Merc. Legs would be sightly bent. But very comfortable and upright style (great visibility)
Leg room and headroom in rear - not so ample.
Get a leather seated G to feel well cossetted.
Hi if you fit in a series landy you'll have bags of room in a G:)
Well, I had to make modifications, but it does work. OK, now to find a suitable car.
headroom is no issue as the original design brief was that the soldiers sit in the car with their helmets on.
