Hello All, I bought my G approx 1 year ago and it was in a sad stae. All the front running gear was wrecked, CV's, Prop, Diff, Axle ball joints. It had basically been run into the ground. Slowly but surely I am catching up with all this and making her shine again.
She is a 1992, LWB, 300GD, 463. The only history I know of is, she was driven from Munich, Germany 4 years ago by the original owner, he sold it to a local azeri approx 2years ago.
I have been a member of the GWOA for almost 1 year. This Forum is excellent, keep up the interest.
Merry Xmas and happy new year to all G wagen owners.

PS, How do you attach a picture?

Martin:

Get in contact with our forum Administrator so that he can include you as a GWOA user, which enables to use the GWOA members´only section of the forum.

For the time being, the only way to attach a picture is when the picture is already somewhere else in the www. You need only to use the "Img" button above.

Cheers

Thanks Jesus,

I have done this, thanks, I just wanted to attach a photo of my G onto my introduction.
Where in Spain are you from? My parents live there and I have a house down on the south near Marbella, San Pedro De Alcantara. Do you know that area? I go there more on my leave than I do to the UK!!

Many Thanks,,,,,,,,Martin.

I come from the Capital of the World, i.e. Madrid. I have, however, spent a number of summers in Guadalmina Baja (beside San Pedro) just before moving to the UK. Unfortunately such move has resulted in such financial deprivation that I can no longer afford to spend my holidays in so posh a place. Now it´s good ol´ Benidorm!
