Off Road Driving

Great idea to collect this.  It has probably been discussed and shared before, but an update would be good - it is surprisingly hard to find bona fide public tracks where this is possible.  I'd suggest a google maps URL link to pinpoint where you mean when responding.

Years ago, I went up the hill here, from the B4009 near Watlington:  Up Station Road and carry on up to the top road.

Another place, near Blewbury off the A417... again if the rules/designation has not changed.  Looks like it might be a motoX site now, and hence possibly private:

To do a simple river fording, there is one here that is definitely OK, going into the back of Drayton St Leonards, lear Wallingford.  Hardly used (you might need to flatten some undergrowth):
