I've changed the bearings of my front axle differential (300GE w463).
Now, I have to re-install the pinion gear but I don't know how much Nm it has to get?
Someone have done this yet?
It doesn't have a torque figure, you have to tighten the nut comprssing the crush washer to acheive the correct amount of drag on the bearing, which is measured with a spring balance
