How to remove rubber side strips below doors?

Hi everyone, can anyone tell me how to remove the trim below the doors on my W463 G300D LWB please? One of mine is damaged and needs replacing. I was thinking of having some replacements made in box section. Thanks Mud

I think I can help here. Mine is a SWB but I'm sure it will be the same idea.

The centre of the strip (longwise) is actually a flap that hides the screws that hold the strip to the body. Use a flat headed screwdriver at the end of the strip to GENTLY lift the flap (it hinges at the top) and work the screwdriver along the strip. That will reveal the screws.

Hopefully the pictures will make the above clearer. My thumb is holding the flap open in one of them.
