Hi,

I'm looking to paint my G. Does anyone know where to get a manual or instructions on how to do the disassembly of all the plastic parts, doors, interior (except the dashboard) etc? Would be a great time saver to find one.

I'll probably also need to replace all the seals on the doors and windows. If anyone has new ones to sell, I'd be interested.

Sampo

I don't think that there exists a 'disassembly manual'. However if you can get yourself a copy of the Workshop Instruction Manual (WIS), usually found as a System to install on a PC (try eBay) , you may find selected and limited information thee.

There is nothing unusual about a W460  / W461 in this respect and any body shop used to working on Mercedes should have no trouble at all at removing parts for painting. Generally, all the screws and fasteners are quite obvious for interior parts and body trim.
