Hi All

Im about to embark on a full deep clean of my 460 G and wanted to know if any members have any ideas regarding refurbishing the black rubber trim of the wheel arch extentions and side rub strips... to get them to look Graphite/black again...

i was considering back to black from Halfords but from memmory the effect lasts only a week or so.... maybe tire blackener will do a better job?

Hi John, try Auto Glym bumper care, they come up very well and it lasts a good while.

Auto Glym works well. I think it's called Rubber and Vinyl Care.

Baking soda or vapour blast cleaning will restore them to as-new in my experience  (as they say though, test on a small area first!)

Try Meguirs tyre gel, thick gel that will coat the plastic very well. Apply using a soft sponge carefully. It will work like baby oil going on rough hands, if you know what I mean.

thanks
