Thank you for posting. Remarkable and was really touched when asked which was the friendliest country they visited, Holtorf hesitates, and says “Ghana”.
The accident and the tyre marks plus vehicle position do not make sense. Tyres were locked as it span across the road in a 180 degree spin.
Anyway the best write up yet on this story.
