603 injector Leak around base
One of my 603 injectors is leaking around the base as in gas blowing up the sides, injector is ok as I have swapped a few around to check problem is with the cyl head or injector. I understand there is some form of insert that you can replace , presume you need special tools? Expensive? Is this easy to replace, or will it carbon up and stop the annoying noise, also frustrating as it is cylinder no6 so gases can be smelt from inside!

Is it not just a case of replacing the seal washers at the base of the injector in the same way as you do on the 606.
I don't think they are re usable. The 606 manual tells you to change the washers when removing / installing injectors. But maybe it's different with a 603.

No! Unfortunately, thought the seal washers were re useable? Tried that made no difference.
