Hi This is minor but a mystery to me. My door sill illumination, driver side, never worked, so I wanted to check the fuses which on a G 463 are scattered in 3 places. In the easy to get to drivers side fuse box I have the sort of fuses that should be for courtesy lights and also the optional door sill light. According to other online sources it should be fuse #26. But my 2012 G350 Bluetec looks like the attached - fuses 1-10 and 11-18. Nothing like the diagrams I have seen and no sign of a fuse allocation chart anywhere. I know it's not a fuse issue though, because the passenger side dill is working, and it's not a split fusing. I hoped it was just a led bulb, but the bulb is not accessible. It's built into the stainless sill which just pops on and off. Don't tell me I have to buy a complete sill to fix it!

Re: 463 fuse box mystery
Turns out I have a 2013 layout. I still didn't find the door sill entry fuse or courtesy light fuse but since one of the 4 sills is working I don't think it's that now. I think water has got into the led or the connector but it seems almost impossible to get it out to replace it. Brute force needed. Or buy very expensive replacement sills.

Cant you take it to a friendly bodyshop to ask advice about removal? Even Dacia now has illuminated sills, so possibly a repair is straightforward?  Can you swap with a rear one? On my early 463, that piece of plastic easy to remove,  just using fingers.

Re: 463 fuse box mystery

I may have deleted a reply to this by mistake.  i think it was saying that the issue is likely to be wiring in the track where the sill is fitted.

This is possible.  Certainly the connector I found on the drivers side was corroded and useless.  Its been removed but no sign of power.  But they are LEDs so a multi-meter might be needed.  3 of my 4 sills are not working.  Only the front passenger one works (hence unlikely to be an elusive fuse)

Per above, the sills do easily pull up.  You need to lever them up gradually starting at one end and not bend them.

If the LEDs have gone (seems odd for 3 to fail?), then they are hard to replace and might need a complete new vanity sill (x3 = expensive).   So I need to check the electrics out first.
