Hello Off-road G-whizzers

I have broken a rearspring :( on my 280GES. ( another strenuous climb up Mt Widgee )

Fulcrum suspensions here in Australia do custom units for racing and street use .
Their quote is $A212.00 ( £87.00 ) the pair which is a lot cheaper than importing.

Can anyone tell me the specifications ( free length, diameter etc )
of the standard springs for a 460 model 280GEShort ? - otherwise they will have
to take out the old ones to measure them and I think that could lead to errors.

Also does anyone recommend Bilstein dampers or are Konis the go ?
