720.1 auto box connections

I am sorting through some issues with my autobox and found that the vaccum modulator on the back right hand side has no line hooked up to it...this comes from the intake manifold right ?
Also found another port on the left hand side half wa down the tranny in front of the neutral safety switch with nothing hooked up to it and not sure what goes there?
And finally I also found a single pin wire connection similar to coolant temp connection that is unhooked and can't find where it goes either?
Does anybody have a diagram or pics of where these connections go?
