However, there's one thing that has puzzled me all these years, and now seems the ideal time to ask. Each morning you have brought me a cup of tea up onto the bridge, and no matter how rough the seas, you've never spilt a drop. How ?"
"It's quite simple, Cap'n. As I leave the galley, I take a big mouthfull of tea. That way I can control the cup better if the sea is rough. I just return the tea to your cup as I enter the bridge..................."
